The well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is the perfect place to cook your favorite recipes after fun-filled days at the beach. Dine together with a view at the table for four, and then settle into the living area to watch TV into the evening. The resort offers three pools to enjoy, tennis courts, and is gated to ensure privacy. You will also enjoy direct, private beach access from the resort as well as the location being just steps from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area including Pineapple Willies! Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

When we opened the door to the condo, the first thing you see is a breathtaking view of the ocean. My wife was blown away by the decor in the room. The room was clean and stocked with everything you might need. In 15 years of vacationing, this is the coolest room we've ever booked.

This was a great place for me and my husband to stay for three nights just the two of us. The only negative was the fridge did not work and ruined our food.

As soon as you open the door, your eyes are drawn to the windows and the view. The condo is in the perfect location for coffee at sunrise. The houses beside the condo provide an unobstructed view of the beach. The condo was quaint but we never felt crowded. We never waited more than a minute for elevators. The walkway to Pineapple Willy's was perfect because it's my daughter's favorite PCB restaurant. (It's on the far right side of the West building) I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The place was nice. You could tell it was an older place that had been remodeled but it was clean and nice. One elevator was down but we didn’t have any problems with wait times. The man at the front gate, George, was very nice.
