Gulf-view condo with pools, beach access, gym, grills, & updated interior

Great room! Beautiful views!

Everything was fine

Pools were clean and well-maintained, the gated area felt very safe, the unit was spotless, elevators were quick, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement have been shared with Vacasa for unit E710, which included replacing uncomfortable sofa, more comfortable balcony furniture, better accommodations for clothing and mattress needs box springs to raise bed off the floor as this was hard getting in and out of bed for seniors. Also suggested replacing door clock system as this one was very frustrating and ran into issues every time. Portable AC was appreciated but AC needs fixed.

The room it’s self is perfectly fine, no complaints but if you have any problems or concerns like us with NO AIR CONDITIONER IN JULY, they will not help or even care! One lady on customer service was good but still never got a call back and the other two just flat refused and said “o well! We knew about it but you still showed up”—- we was never told I have all messages to back it up! They lied and said the whole building was out but they was a bold face lie!

We had problems with there being no air in a room in the west building, they moved us to the east building into a room also with no air conditioning. I stressed that I had an 8 month old with us and they still couldn’t send someone to fix the issue. They kept saying they where contacting there local team and nothing was ever fixed. I do not recommend going to vacasa to rent a room

Stayed 4 nights with no air conditioning and the fridge barely kept anything “cool”, the bed wasn’t that great but everything else was good outside of the room.
