Sunbird also boasts amenities like community volleyball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and three Gulf-front pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Plus, a tropical hut has been added to the property for beer, wine, and food. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
