The clear ocean is about all - very disappointed with the service of vacasa never fixing any issues we had the entire week
This resort is not worth the money. The floors were coming up. There was mold in the bathroom. The elevator takes forever. There are three sets of elevators for the whole resort. There is no ac or air circulation at all in them. If you are on a high floor like we were, it will literally take you up to 4 hours to unload your car because the elevators stay packed full of people. The beds were nothing to brag about but not the worst I’ve slept on. The parking garage is tight and while you have an assigned parking spot it is a scavenger hunt to find it.
The property was in a good location. Check in was easy. Room was clean and set up nice.
The views and condo were great. Vacasa was great. Unfortunately my family and I did not enjoy this vacation as much as we hoped for and will not be back. We will not be recommending shores of Panama to our family and friends. There was a lot of miscommunication, jumping through hoops and upon arrival everything was closed and we weren’t notified. We were notified an hour before our check in time the outside pool was closed. The inside pool didn’t seem very clean. I couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. We were on the 18th floor and had to park on the 9th floor another hassle for us.
