Sixth-floor oceanfront condo with spacious balcony, WiFi, shared pool & hot tub

The large balcony was amazing!

I would have to rate this condo cleanliness as a 0. The condo set up was exactly what we needed but it was the filthiest one we have ever stayed in. If it had been clean, it would be perfect for our party of 9. The floor was dirty it looked like it was the color brown. We made the mistake of lifting up the rug and were shocked to see it was a white floor. There was dirt, clothing tags, and paper under the filthy rug. Our feet would stick to the floor. The dryer was not working when we arrived. We had to go buy extra clothes because we had no way to dry them. The repair man had them to bring us more towels thankfully but we had to ration them. He told us if the owner would approve, he could have us a washer in a couple of days, but we never got one. Mold was in the washer, dishwasher, and showers. The showers had not been cleaned because there was long black hairs in it. The air filter was so dirty it was blowing out of the front of it. It has not been dusted or cleaned in a long time. There is a broken lounge chair on the balcony. Roaches were seen in two of the rooms. The fridge was dirty. The towels had make up on them and had not been washed. I have pictures. We have stayed there before in a different room and it was great. This room was unacceptable when so much money was paid to have all amenities. It is a shame for such a nice condo to be not taken care of. It needs a very deep cleaning and repairs.

Had a lot of problems with things like pool and gate codes that didn’t work, a dryer that didn’t work and a failing/not working AC.

This unit needs a lot of work. Dryer was broke, door knob in one bathroom was broken, our feet turned black from walking on the dirty floors.

We loved everything

You got me! You really got me with the false pictures and quality! This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at, and I wanted to abandon the place and find a hotel, but for the high price, I couldn't leave and had to make the best of it. The condo manager was great, but I know, and he knew when I called, that there weren't enough places to park in the overflow parking. We had to park our van in the paid parking because our van would not fit in the tight one spot that is given. The overflow parking was a freaking joke, with only enough spaces for about 20 or less cars. Those cars never moved. It was a hassle to leave. If I could show pictures, I would. There were constant roaches coming from all over the place, mold in the shower, hair from previous guests in the drains that I had to unclog to get the water to go down, and stains on sheets, pillows, and bath towels. The codes to get to the pool and the beach never worked. I contacted Vasca for one set of codes and the property manager for another. The property manager had the correct codes. There is no guest service with a front desk. On check in days, there is no designated place to unload cars or to load. You have to park in someone's designated spot temporarily to get your stuff hauled to your room. Heres to hoping that the elevator even works. The entire place needs to be gutted out and redone. For the worst stay in a condo ever, I really want at least some of my money back. I feel like I have been robbed. On a positive note, the property manager was responsive and tried to fix the problems with the roaches. Pest control came in sprayed the kitchen and after a day, the roaches came back. Great location to everything if roaches doesn't bother you.
