Charming, dog-friendly condo with a pool, tennis, beach access, & washer/dryer

Well equipped kitchen. Dog friendly. We'll manicured outside. Loved the beautiful beach steps away.

This unit needs upgrades! Furniture needs replacing. Couches are dirty and need replacing. Outside chairs and table are old and out dated. My 84 yr. Old mother I wouldn't let sit in them scared they aren't safe. Sand everywhere inside. On Furniture. Floors dirty. My socks were black after walking around in unit. Every one beware the first floor has Stairs! My mother had a ruff time . We were unaware she would have to walk down to the first floor.

Condo E5 was so nicely decorated! The resort is very quiet and peaceful!

Love the grounds, the pool & access to the beach. Love being on ground floor. Don’t like the long code for entry, to hard to remember. Time to put some money into the condo. Needs new sofa & loveseat (multiple stains). Bed in condo is not comfortable at all. Walking around barefoot your feet get very black. Patio furniture is old & uncomfortable. We still love the condo BUT it needs upgrades to compare to the other units we looked at. AC went out & they got someone out there within 3 hours of us calling. However we had to cancel our evening plans because we didn’t want some stranger coming in with our personal belongings there nor were we told we didn’t have to be there. The condo was getting warmer by the minute. We were later told ac needed to be replaced so the relocation team would be contacting us. About 30 min later they called & tried moving us to. Place not on the beach, not a nice looking property at all. It got bad reviews & reports of roaches….ummm NO! We paid to be on the beach & was trying to be moved to a place NOT on the beach. The biggest upset to me was that we paid a lot of money (more than we wanted too) last minute to book my daughter & son in law to be at Sugar Beach since we were there. We could have booked many other places for half the price but we only had The Weeknd with them so wanted them close. I finally got them to put us at the Summit which was next door. So the first evening our kids arrived we had to pack up Sugar Beach, load the vehicle, go to Summit get a parking pass, office was closed so the next morning we had to go check in & pay out of pocket for a parking pass after already paying for one at other condo. I did get Vacassa to agree to reimburse me for that so we shall see what happens. So we get to Summit, have to unload & unpack AGAIN & it’s now midnight. So from 4pm- midnight this is what we dealt with & lost the whole evening with our kids who we rarely get to see bcuz they live in different state than we do. Condo they moved us to had a wonderful beach view but that was only thing it had gojng for it. Oh, early in the week I asked about adding a day & was told by Vacassa it would be $347.71 for one night (I have the screenshot), I was like WOW. I then looked on Vacassa site & it showed $202. A difference of $145 between the website & agent. I also said we shouldn’t be charged an additional cleaning fee for one night & was told we would have to pay!!! Which I know is incorrect.

This was the perfect location! Things within walking distance for my family, the little stream right out back, the pool, and ocean location. Everything was great! The condo itself was nice. Lots of room for the three of us, clean when we got in, etc. I didn't like the pinpad as it got stuck and wouldn't let us in a few times. Other than that, I'd stay here again for sure!
