The kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and cookware to easily handle at-home meal planning. Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on your private balcony and then relax on the matching sofas in the living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Nothing. Z4 should not be stayed in fkr vacation it gives a weekly rate hotel vibe.

- the door handle fell off and we were locked inside, my husband had to go around the building. - the washer didn’t work, a quarter through the washing it stopped/would not open/ finally got it open/ had to wring out clothes in a bucket/dry them and take everything to a laundromat. - half eaten candy bar under our bed. - no hand soaps in bathrooms - tvs upstairs did not work - the table literally almost fell apart/ unable to use table - toilet seat was broken/ had to hold handle down 5+ seconds. - the “white/cream” rug (according to the bottom of the rug) was a super dark grey color - the rooms felt unfinished like there where large items missing (ex: a dresser in guest room) - we sat on the upper deck and had nicotine stained on our clothes afterwards. *** We absolutely love Portside, we have been coming here for over 15 years, my husband for almost 30 years… we are saddened by this housing experience. If we did not know the amazing things that could be offered we would not be coming back… please do better.

My family enjoyed our stay at Portside. Z4 is nestled away in the back and is quiet. Cold AC to escape that Florida heat. Access to 3 pools that my children loved. Short walk to the beach. Z4 could use some TLC for sure and perhaps a new washing machine but overall my family was happy. We will cherish the memories made there. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy Portside!
