Dirty, marked up entry way and door, rusted out, in-assessable balcony furniture dirty low kept everything! Didn’t live these things. Just ran out of room for complaints!

In ready the reviews prior to staying, many mentioned the furniture on the balcony was rusty and it is. There are a few other things that need attention. But it did not impact our vacation. Definitely would stay here again but would hope they would replace the furniture on the balcony as it is very spacious and nice to enjoy.

Let me say the complex was nice and not super large. Close and convenient to a lot of restaurants and activities. But unit 1703 was absolute disgusting. Dirty Dirty Dirty!!! The couch and balcony furniture was worn down, rusted or just broken. We had to clean the primary bathroom it was never done. The return vent we also cleaned by us, about 10 yrs of dust and hair attached to it. Primary furniture was way too large for the space. You couldn’t access the closet ( that had more holes in the door then Swiss Cheese) due the night stand blocking it. The bed was blocking the balcony sliding doors. But that’s the minor stuff. It was nasty and dirty. Owner needs to take more pride in what the are offering
