This room is fraud. Very uncomfortable. Very out dated. Washer and dryer are just for show. Fridge was broken. Furniture was broken and uncomfortable. Beds were broken too. Also no early check ins so its a hassle if you are traveling with kids and get there early they wont let you in the room. I would not recommend this room to anyone or the price they are asking. Very very bad. Also good luck with their customer service. They were no help at all

The room/condo itself was great for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and could smell the cleanliness when opening the door. The kitchen was decently stocked with plates and utensils (all we used). The building itself is one of the older ones in PCB which means there a few things that could use an upgrade or fixing inside the condo- but this didn't prevent us from have a great few days at the beach. Location is great: the pools, beach, and tiki bar were perfect! The sunrise in this condo was stunning as well!

We had a beautiful week of weather and the ocean was the clearest we have ever seen in Panama City 😍 the room could stand to have a few things done maintenance wise but it was a comfy stay in 823 and we enjoyed the view. Regency Towers is showing its age these days, we have been staying here for years and we hope they are keeping up with upkeep and maintenance so that we can continue to visit in the years to come. The rental chairs in front of the condos are quite the annoyance. There were maybe 5 sets of them being used the whole week were there and they are entirely too far back from the water to not allow anyone with tents to set up in front of them. Put all the rental chairs to one side and leave the other half open for people who bring their own.

This was a family weekend getaway for a special event. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Easy access to the beach nice pool and plenty of room for everyone in our party of eight. There are some updates needed but overall a nice place to relax and enjoy being together.
