After a day in the sun, cool off in the central air-conditioning while your beach clothes get a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. The beach was pretty, but because of all the stairs we couldn't get to it. We are an older couple and there was no elevator.

Pros: Amazing location! Beautiful views! Low population at the beach. A/C is great! Plenty of room! There are a lot of bath towels and wash rags. Cons: Outdated, furniture has seen better days, limited amount of cooking pots/utensils, no hand soap in the bathrooms. Overall. an ok place, but if you’re looking for upgrades and newer amenities, this is not your place. However, if you’re ok with the basics and a beautiful view and easy beach access, this is a great place.

Location and view was amazing. Very minimal cooking utensils so bring your own. Also no early check in is available so we waited until exactly 4pm. However the cleaning crew was still cleaning the unit so we had to wait longer, then we had towel dry the floors in order to get in and unpack. Overall a good stay, the parking, location and views are top tier.

This is three years in a row for us on the 4th of July. We love this place and should discourage you in order to find more availability but I'll be honest instead. The beach is never crowded. No one behaves poorly that we have seen. And when we aren't on the beach, we are on the porch watching and listening to the waves only a couple hundred feet away. Any thing that might be improved upon is made insignificant by the location and space. I highly recommend a stay here!

The main level (kitchen & living-room) wasn’t horrible. The kitchen table rocked like a wagon wheel. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and the entire upstairs needs a full remodel. Both bathrooms were simply gross and no outlets worked in either bathroom. The carpets on the stairs and in bedrooms are old and nasty (not sure why anyone would have carpet in a beach rental in the first place). Filthy nooks and crannies everywhere you look. This would be a cute little place if the owner would spend $10k to $15k and do a full renovation on the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Parking was great and in shade. Vacasa was good to work with.
