The view was amazing! However, that was about the only thing it had going for it. For the money I paid for this unit, I expected things to be clean, unbroken, and stocked with necessities (no forks and no egg turner available - had to request these items). The couch and loveseat are beyond filthy! Theirs a difference in being dirty and filthy and these items were definitely filthy and disgusting! I used sheets to cover these to make us feel better about sitting on them! I had read reviews all the way back from 2023 which clearly stated that these were stained; however, I thought by now those things would have been changed out already after multiple complaints. I was wrong! The shower curtain in the main bathroom was stained and only halfway hanging on the rod due to several shower curtain rings missing. The drawer to the stove and drawer under the bunk bed are both in need of repair. The garbage disposal bubbled water back up to where the sink was full of nasty water and took a few hours to drain. I turned this in and a man called while we were not in the room and he stated that he would fix it after we checked out. This was fine with me because I did not want him in the room without one of us being there. Hopefully he worked on it today. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the main bathroom door, which I added with my initial complaint. There were only enough towels and washcloths for each one of us to use so we had to wash those everyday in order to have clean ones. This unit is just not worth the money I paid for it in the shape it’s currently in. I was very disappointed. I would think that the owner would check the unit every once in awhile to make sure it’s up to par but it doesn’t seem like they care too much about it by the way it looks.
The room had one fork, no spatulas, and no Keurig. pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable, none of the codes worked. The garage code , room door and the bracelet did not work. Had to get new codes and a new bracelet. We were nervous about elevator waits after seeing reviews but never waited more than 5 minutes
The pools were nice and the staff at the resort worked very hard I noticed keeping everything clean!
