The room was great even though the furniture was a bit dirty but beside that is was great.Hopefully the elevators get fixed
Loved the view and hospitality
Elevators take a very long time to catch and had to be evacuated out three time during our 4 day stay.
Overall the unit was great for our week stay. Loved the large balcony and view.
We loved being right on the beach and knowing there is security is a plus.
Courtney at check in was great, and Ty from Vacasa was kind and responsive to our needs. The unit was nice, and the beach service was great! The drawbacks were mostly about the resort not enforcing their own rules. Their were rules, which we really appreciated, including no smoking or vaping in the public areas, can't bring your own boombox and play your own music in public spaces, no t-back or thong bathing suits. Things that make the resort "family friendly" However these rules were not enforced, and large groups of teens and young adults were doing these things everywhere. They were playing boomboxes even in the small enclosed indoor spa! I would not bring my family here again, as it was quite uncomfortable for families who want to enjoy the resort amenities. (Unless they would actually require the rules to be kept) The beach service was great! The elevators are pretty bad during high demand
