Bright retreat near the beach with pool & tennis courts

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice. One thing noticed though. The hot water in both showers would not heat up. Other than all was great.

We loved our stay! The condo was even bigger than expected—plenty of room for me and my two boys to stretch out, relax, and play. The beds were comfy, the unit was well-stocked, and the on-site laundry was a huge bonus. Being close to the pool was perfect! We didn’t walk to the beach but did find beach access nearby (a map in the unit would’ve helped, but Google saved the day). We met some friendly condo owners and travelers, and the pool maintenance gentleman was especially kind—he patiently answered all of my boys’ many questions! We’d absolutely stay here again and would love to return to this same unit.

The location was great and plenty of room for the whole family. Grass area to play football and relax. Definitely book again soon.

The neighborhood itself was nice, quiet with friendly locals living there, the condo had several problems. 1- The outdoor grill was covered in mold, grim and some dead bugs, called management and they told me to burn it off then scrub it, yeah no.2- Tvs didn't work the entire time we were there changes batteries and checked wifi, the tvs wouldn't respond to the remotes, called management, the problem was never fixed.3- No linen was provided for the pull out sofa, called management they dropped off flat sheets only.4- The was her didn't work, there was supposed to be both, but there was only the washer, then I was never sent a code to get in the communal laundry on site, called management they had no idea what I was talking about. Thankfully we ran into a sweet lady that lived there and she let us in.5-The code to the beach access didn't work, like the door was broken, management was made aware we had to use a credit card to get in/out of the gate. I really don't think we'll be booking this condo again.

I took my wife here for her birthday weekend which also ended up being spring break weekend and we didn't know but it all worked out awesome the condo was absolutely amazing and very clean we enjoyed every minute of it the only problem we had was that the remotes for the living room did not work for the tv but we stay out enjoying Panama City Beach anyway so that didn't really matter as much but we really enjoyed the property we had no big problems which was a major plus and we will definitely be renting from you guys again and really soon thank you for having us and my wife had an amazing birthday and an amazing time!!!!

Peaceful area, clean home, close to pool, 8 min walk from beach. House had everything we needed and beds were comfortable (sofa bed not so much). This house felt like a home.
