This unit is perfect for a family. Even though there were only 2 of us it would be a great unit for a good size family. Unit was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. I was worried about carpeting but it was clean and was not gritty from sand. Lots of space and layout was designed well. Master has a door to balcony. The only thing was the master was much warmer then the rest of the unit, I assume that's from the bay windows. The neighbors to the left have a camera on the balcony that faces directly into the bay window so be aware and keep the left shade lowed at all times! This would be my top pick when we return with kids.

Condo was amazing comfy beds. Clean couches comfy and had everything you need. Great veiws from balcony would stay in room again. Only bad was elevator wait time during peak times but that is to be expected with the amount of rooms and people

First off yes elevators suck but most do at local condos in the area. Being on the 29th floor made it really long wait times. This was 3rd time at Tidewater, always a different condo. Tidewater was clean and staff was friendly. Love the pool areas. Either pool Has plenty of pool chairs. Indoor pool was clean but smell of chlorine was too strong for us. Condo was big compared to most condos. Besides needing to be vacuumed and table cleaned the condo was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. It was offered to be re cleaned but I declined beings we was already settled. But nice they did offer. The things I dislike, the air wasn’t good at all in the bathrooms or bedrooms. It was very stuffy. We noticed vents was completely closed in bathrooms and opened them which helped a little but not a lot. Living room and kitchen felt great. Water pressure coming out of shower faucets is weak compared to when it’s just the bottom faucet. The worst was the beds and pillows. Everyone in our group complained of the beds. I slept better on the couch than I did in the bed. Would I stay at tidewater again, yes but not this condo and not a high up floor so if I want to take the stairs I could. My total for room showed me 71.00 cheaper then what I was charged. Contacted and asked, but the guy I spoke with was clueless. Also, doesn’t list what you have to pay at the resort until after you book so that was another 59.00 added to stay.

We will absolutely NEVER stay here again. Vacasa itself was very nice & helpful, but the property staff itself at Tidewater is HORRIBLE. They allowed us to get 8 wristbands when we were only allowed 6 & mind u we had already been there for 2 days into our 4 days & they came banging at our door complaining that we had too many people in our unit, yet it was their fault. The white lady at the desk messed our reservation up & tried blaming us for it saying that we’ve stayed here before & that we already had wristbands from a previous stay. Which is a lie we’ve never stayed there EVER. They lost our business for sure. But in the end we ended up having to buy another unit to accommodate 2 people from our party or they were gonna make us all leave… 1000% do not recommend this place. Vacasa itself are great people but Tidewater is just not it, sorry not sorry.
