Gulf front Condo with Views, Shared In&Outdoor Pools, Hot Tub, Gym, High-Speed WiFi

It was wonderful everything was clean and prefect. I have used vacasa a few times. I will definitely put this room to the list.

What a great view. Right on the beach was nice. Plenty of room for our family for the week. Kids enjoyed the games that were provided. Would stay again.

The room that I booked on booking was a completely different room on Vacasa. I didn’t notice that until about a week before our trip. Our room was kind of out dated. Furniture and mattresses were terrible. But over all it was a good stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better view from 2712 was able to see dolphins and stingrays and sea turtles from all the way up there. Made the other issues fade away at the moment. Door code to this unit is an issue per my own experience and per the local staff at the resort they knew that 2712 door code is ALWAYS (verbatim) an issue. The beach was wonderful, the pools were great the staff is very nice but the elevators were seriously an issue, just a fair warning you will wait a long long time at prime check in times and in the mornings and evenings… if it starts raining and everyone from the entire resort heads inside, be ready for 45/60 minutes to get an elevator. If you can and don’t have a lot of stuff or a beach cart use the stairs to get to 3/4 th floor to catch an elevator. Enjoyed my stay overall but the property owner definitely needs to invest in a new door code box as that was really the only major headache of the unit itself. (Bring basic necessities like salt n pepper, hand soap, extra trash bags, aluminum foil, paper towels ect).

We ask to check in early was denied. Then given 8 wrong door codes resulting in not getting into our room for an hour past our check in. Our door code was turned off before 7am on check out morning. The vacuum needs to be replaced and need a dust pan with the broom. Elevators need to be completely replaced. Terrible elevator wait times. Other than those minor issues it was not terrible. The room was nice, clean and worked for our family. But we definitely will avoid Tidewater all together in the future because of the elevators.

The room was clean when we arrived. Our door code didn’t work so we had to sit outside the room with 3 kids for an hour while we called the Vacasa for someone to get us in. The floors get very sandy due to going to and from the beach, there was a broom but no dust pan. There was only a very small skillet to cook on. Elevators were a nightmare on check-in day but got a little less stressful afterwards.
