The resort- I am a fan and have visited multiple times over past few years. It's my preferred resort to stay at due to location and amenities. This room was not a fan. We left a day early because the beds were so uncomfortable neither my husband or I slept. You can tell they have tried to fix the master as it has a topper but literally you sink and sleep in a V. I woke up day 2 to my husband in the guest room in hopes it slept better, and he said he could feel the springs. We decided that morning to cut the trip short to drive back home for a restful night of sleep instead of waiting and returning to work life exhausted. The unit was in need of several repairs enough that adds up to make you annoyed. In all fairness Vacasa was responsive regarding these. Would opt for a different room next time we visit PCB.
