Balcony was filthy with furniture and floors covered in bird poop. The pull-out couch that was intended for my 11 year old son to sleep on was broken and could not be used so he had to sleep on the rock-hard couch that’s leather was peeling away. Bedroom carpets had stains and need to be deep cleaned or pulled out, completely because they are filthy. This condo is also not managed by Vacasa any longer-but rather another third party company, Avari that doesn’t have an app or efficient way to communicate. Overall, I have stayed at Reflections for 7 years but will not be returning to this condo-especially for the price. I was disappointed.

Unfortunately I do not have good things to say about our condo which is a reflection on Vacassa. We happen to love the Reflections property and have been staying there for 10+ years. This particular experience was not a good one as it relates to this particular condo.

This place was nice. I’d stay here again for sure with a few improvements. It was a fantastic view of the pool, bay, and you can see the gulf in the distance. The bedding was clean and lots of fresh towels. Good amount of extra dish soap. Overall, we had a really great experience and would still stay here again if a few things were updated.

I love the location, quiet area, nice pool, boat rentals (we rented a pontoon boat) the unit still needs some upgrades. The Hutch needs to go. The unit manager was exceptional to work with so you can be sure if you rent the unit & need anything he will handle it in a timely manner.
