They especially appreciated the comfortable beds, roomy living areas, tasteful decor, updated features, and a kitchen stocked with what was needed for cooking and longer visits. The condo was frequently praised for being clean, cozy, and well maintained, with thoughtful touches like a washer and dryer and inviting balcony furnishings. Its location was a standout, with easy beach access and convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Pier Park. Guests repeatedly loved the breathtaking ocean and gulf views from the balcony and living spaces, often calling them amazing, stunning, and unforgettable. The pool, hot tub, gym, parking access, and resort setting were also well liked, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.

Overview

This stunning, waterfront condo is located in the prestigious Aqua resort in Panama City Beach. A well-equipped kitchen, upscale living room, and private balcony make this a true home away from home. The full kitchen flows into the formal dining room, just as the formal dining room flows into the spacious living area. A beautiful, community space, this living area has two large sofas and a cable-equipped, TV. Just outside is your spacious, shaded balcony, complete with a table and chairs so that everyone can have a perfect view of the Gulf. You can even spot the famous Russell Fields Pier from here! Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities including a shared indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness room. This home is just a short stroll from the Russell Fields Pier, the longest pier on the Gulf! This popular tourist attraction jets 1,500 feet into the water, and rumor has it that the fishing is fantastic from the very end of the pier! Pier Park is a popular shopping center with a number of excellent restaurants, and there is always some kind of live music or entertainment going on there throughout the year. THINGS TO KNOW Aqua requires all guests to pre-register to receive a parking permit if bringing a vehicle. A registration fee of $50 per parking permit, two vehicle maximum, applies.

Very unhelpful hosts. Asked for bedding for the pullout and never received. No extra trash bags. Asked for toilet paper and paper towel refills as it was a 1 week stay with 6 people and were told no. No seasonings, foil, parchment, etc. under beds and furniture incredibly dirty and dusty. Room was open and refused early check in. Won’t hold bags, no pool access day of check in either. No chairs provided unlike other similar properties. Very light blankets on beds everyone was freezing. Pillows were flat and no pillowcases on half of them. The water in the showers doesn’t turn on easily, the handle would just spin and spin and spin until it would eventually catch to turn on/off. There was an also a hole punched in the bathroom door. Not all electric sockets work beside beds and all very loose and chargers consistently fell out. Elevators are terrible, 2 sets of 2 elevatiors for 23 floors. Nightmare wait times and no ac in them. The only positive was the location and beautiful ocean view. Aqua condos are great, however I would strongly suggest another until hosted by someone else.

The booking was easy and the people were very nice. This is our second year staying here in the exact room. Beautiful view off the balcony. Walking distance to Pier Park and restaurants. We love it. Hope to get the same place next year
