Dog-friendly vibrant home with jetted tub - 2 miles to beach

ur 14 day stay was comfortable, the AC worked great. Day 1, we reported a list of maintenance needs with photos through the text message communication provided. Then again Day 11 through email. We finally spoke with a Vacasa representative Day 13. Some repair needs were small, like a overgrown yard, blown bulbs and broken decorations. Others were safely hazards, like the shattered patio door, the broken dinning room chair and busted sofa. The list is quite long. The house is lovely and more care should be taken to maintain it. We hope we can rent this next year after the repairs are made.

The home and side was decorated very nice spacious the kitchen had its own character very nice and gave it a vacation style. There are three bedrooms that are pretty big with its own closet the bathroom and the master bedroom was very big and beautiful. The upkeep of the front and backyard was horrible it needed to be cut and groomed it looked like no one had been there years. The walls need to be cleaned and the pillows the decor pillows for the couch and the bed were dirty stained. But the sheets and the bedding pillows to sleep on look to be cleaned and fresh. This house is very nice and could be more well taking care of. We did use the garage which was nice.

Everything was great,beach stores,everything was right around the corner,will most stay again and will most definitely recommend anyone to stay,everything 10/10..

Pros: price was better than surrounding places. Not far from the beach. Clean beds and lots of space. It did the job we needed it for. Cons: next to a busy road. Can hear all traffic passing from master bedroom. The sofa was caved in at the bottom/ falling apart as was one of the twin beds in the middle room. Vacuum cleaner did not have any suction at all. Broken tent in the garage. Security camera on the outside of the home plugged in with an inside extension cord hanging in the wet dewy grass( fire hazard). Washer smells like strong mildew. Dirt and a laser pointer was under the couch from previous renters. Grass needed to be cut badly and overgrown plants everywhere. Trash in the yard upon arrival. Loose outlets by the sofa.

The house is roomy and comfortable and efficiently equipped. We were snowed in for two days. We built a snowman, had family over for meals and boardgames, and kept warm by the fireplace. The house was comfortable. We definitely want to rent it again on our next trip. The crazy decor is comical, which gave everyone a good laugh.

Quirky, which was fun. Adequate cleanliness. Horribly maintained outside, both front and back. Grill was a moldy mess and the patio was overgrown. Severe lack of kitchen gear and the knives barely cut butter. So, this isn’t the place for entertaining, but crashing after all day out it was fine. Rooms are pretty bright - there are blinds but no curtains.
