Gulf-front condo with balcony, seasonal beach service, pool & hot tub

The condo was spacious enough for my family of 5 plus some room for extra if we wanted to have somebody over, the whole place was super nice and clean, had all the kitchen appliances and stuff we needed, just needs more trash bags, but we brought our own so no biggie there. I LOVED the view, it was amazing!! And as always I will for sure be back in Fl and be using vacasa for my booking stay! No hiccups and was a wonderful week vacation!!!

The positives of this condo are it’s close to the pier, has a good sized pool with hot tub and the walk from pool to the beach is very short. I believe with different leadership and a thorough cleaning this could be a 5 star review. I know some people come to the beach to get drunk but we were looking for a family friendly place. The pool has a bar area and drinks/drinking should be kept there but weren’t. Every evening that you took your kids down to the pool there were alcoholic drinks sitting open around the pool and hot tub (most not even purchased at the bar) so you were constantly watching and making sure your child didn’t pick anything open up. People would get louder and more drunk as the evening went on, they brought their own speaker and would play music and sing louder than the bar provided music. It just wasn’t the environment for a young child. The room was beautiful. It could have used a better cleaning but overall we were happy with it. The check-in process needs to be refined. You get online and pay $50 for your parking pass, walk all the way down to the front to print it then walk back to another desk on the 2nd floor where you have to leave your ID to check out a cart to bring your stuff in. If they could cut a few steps out it would be easier for everyone. My children still had a great time, just sharing things that could make this an outstanding place to stay!

We had a great check in and out. The condo was perfect with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The bed was comfortable! The pool and hot tub was wonderful. We woke up daily to a great view of the ocean from our balcony.

Way overpriced for what you get

The condo was very clean and perfect size for our family.

The room was nice and the amenities were good. We just had a major issue of water coming out of our ceiling leaking onto our master bed and we had to be a relocate to another condo that didn’t have The same type of amenities that were provided here at Sterling breeze
