Water pressure in the master bathroom is nonexistent. There's also no where to put soaps etc while you are in the shower. As others mentioned, there is a large gap in the flooring at the tub. The sliding doors in the master don't seem to lock? I thought the stove was broken, but all of the burners were unplugged. There seems to be a light in the microwave above the stove - does not work. Oven light also doesn't turn on. I did find the selection of kitchen gadgets and dishes to be extraordinary. Literally had anything you could ever need to cook with. I did like that there was a washer and dryer in unit. Did not like having to drive to the beach everyday. It's roughly 25 minutes from the majority of Pier Park / trendy shopping. The person in the unit next to me kept parking in my designated spot, which was annoying. Disappointed that there's no pool. At any given time there are golf carts rolling by who can see into the entire downstairs area. There are mirrors facing every bed, not good Feng Shui.

This is a very spacious, comfortable, well appointed condo has beautiful golf course views. Walking distance to Bar 72, pro shop and marina. Very close to markets, shops, restaurants and beaches.
