Gorgeous & cozy waterfront efficiency w shared pools, hot tubs, & beach access

Perfect location

This was my third trip to Carillon, and it never disappoints. Nice room with everything you need, and the Carillon community is amazing.

I came down to enjoy a mini trip with my kids. Perfect little spot for us! Very cute & location was decent! The only thing I wish that could have been different was how far the beach was. If you do not rent a bike or a gulf cart you have to walk to the beach which is about a 3-4 min walk. I only didn’t enjoy that because I brought my two small kids. But perfect for couples! All in all great place

This room probably hasn’t been updated once. Scratches and smudges cover the walls and floor boards. Two adults couldn’t sleep on the bed without both rolling into the middle. The bed was not even equipped with proper bedding. The pictures made it seem simple but yet reasonable but that wasn’t it at all. It was poor lit and half the bulbs needed changing. The kitchen hand soap was used and almost out. The soap that was provided, crumbled in your hand as soon as you tried to use it. I saw other rooms at this inn for comparable prices and they were astronomically nicer. If it wasn’t the last room and the only room I would have left but had to stay for a wedding. Vacasa needs to hold condo owners to higher standards. Even the paintings and the mix matched wall decor were all scratched and unevenly hung. The musty smell never left no matter how long the doors were opened. The couch smelt made it uncomfortable to sit on. Vasaca do better. Examining the rooms and hold higher requirements. Any room at a Motel 8 is better than that room.

Seemed dirty and not well maintained. Toilet, ice maker needs repair and floors were gross.

The area was amazing.
