This snug beach hideaway offers all the amenities of home - plus fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped kitchen and jetted tub make this a perfect home base for Panama City Beach adventures. Guests can enjoy access to many shared amenities, including community pools (one of which is seasonally heated), the hot tub, our fitness center with sauna, a charcoal grill, and the outdoor showers for post-sand castle cleanup. WHAT’S NEARBY Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Don't forget to hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun carnival setting, is under three miles from the condo. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in building. Covered parking. Reservations made March through October include beach service (two beach chairs & one umbrella). This is a no smoking property.

Mouse poop . Mouse for into food . WiFi is awful . TVs don’t work as they should . Bedroom tv doesn’t work at all . Has tape holding the batteries in the remote. Garage disposal doesn’t work , poor selection of pots and pans for cooking . Small kitchen not enough room to move around . Appliances need upgrades . Dishwasher doesn’t do a very good job . Owner definitely needs to do some remodeling and updates .

Everything was perfect! Home was “Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and waking up to such a beautiful view each morning was a treat. Every detail made us feel right at home, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place. Beautiful views from balcony. Both tvs couldn’t find source the whole vacation and no WiFi in condo.. Disappointing for a person alone.
