Gulf-front penthouse condo with pool, hot tub, fitness room, & beach access

The space itself is fine. It’s aging and will soon be in need of an update. The kitchen is decently stocked (though all the plates and bowls are melamine). The main bedroom shares a wall with the elevator. We heard constant knocking, grinding and banging, with a respite only midnight-6am. The rental company did not return our messages. Only two of the three elevators were functioning with that. We had to wait 15 min to get on when we arrived and 12 min when we were checking out. I can’t imagine what it looks like over holiday weekends!

Unfortunately, our experience with this condo rental was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. There was noticeable dust throughout the condo, numerous cobwebs, and the floors were dirty. The return vent was also extremely dirty, making it obvious that routine cleaning and maintenance had been overlooked. Several maintenance issues impacted our stay as well. The ice maker did not work, the nightstand in one of the bedrooms was broken, the shower curtain in the spare bathroom had hooks that were either broken or completely bent, and the master bathroom tub would not drain properly. We also booked the condo expecting to use the pull-out couch, but there were no extra sheets or bedding provided. After contacting customer service, it took three days for bedding to be delivered. Customer service advised that someone would come out to repair the master tub, but no one ever showed up. While the location may be nice, the cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and poor follow-through on service requests made this stay frustrating and far below expectations. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

The location of this condo is great, looking at the ocean from the 23rd floor is breathtaking. The whole process of booking with vacasa was so easy I questioned myself if I was doing it right. Everything was online by email and text. Even checkout

When staying on the beach , I specifically look for condos that the master has a access to the patio and the view, I love waking up in the morning to the sound and view of the gulf of mexico. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite places, and this condo was perfect for our needs.

Great condo, with amazing views.

We have stayed in lots of condos on the beach. This condo had one of the best views of the beach! It was very clean upon arrival. We had no issues with check-in except navigating exactly where to park and how to get to our floor. The elevator situation was a bit confusing but nothing we couldn’t figure out. The building staff and residents of the condo were friendly and helpful when we needed a question answered. The condo itself was spacious enough for the 2 of us but could also fit 2-3 more people without being too overcrowded. It had plenty of dishes, an ice-maker in the fridge, a Keurig, and a coffee pot. We didn’t use the washer/dryer but we liked that it was there just in case. I would book this condo again.
