We are snowbirds and stay for a few months. We have stayed in this unit several years now and love it. Unfortunately, this year there was an unexpected, weather related issue. It happened after regular business hours and we immediately contacted Vacasa. Darryl from Vacasa called us first thing in the morning. He said he was in the building next door and asked if he could inspect the property. Within minutes he was knocking on the door. He could easily see the floor damage from the door and came in for a closer inspection. He advised that he would have someone over by 2:00 to take a look at it to determine if it was repairable or not. The contractor came timely and unfortunately indicated that the repairs would require us to relocate to another unit immediately. This is where using a service like Vacasa, whose large network of properties, is invaluable. Darryl was able to find us another unit, in the same building, on the same floor. The move was seamless for us! Darryl and Vacasa took care of all of the behind the scenes relocation and within hours, we moved into our new unit without skipping a beat. Many thanks to Darryl and Vacasa, who not only saved the day, but saved our trip!!

Liked being on the beach! Liked watching sunset! Liked having coffee on deck! The place was nice and very accommodating! Had everything we needed! Close to stores if you needed anything. Loved it! Would go back another year!

This has been our 4th year staying there at 2 1/2 months each time and we always feel like we have "come home" when we walk through the door! We have made friends that live at the Celadon and who also visit every year as well. We truly enjoy the location, the "quiet West end" and the amenities. We look forward to returning every year and appreciate the owner for the use of their property!!
