Spacious condo with breathtaking views & convenient location

This unit has a great view of the Gulf. It was also a great view for the New Years fireworks launched at the pier. That is what sold me on renting this unit. Otherwise, the unit is average. It isn't the best place that I have rented nor the worst.

Great unit layout and location. The building is the building so can't do anything about this issue. Glad we were there during a quite week as the parking lot was empty.

Loved all the room it was perfect set up for my family The kitchen could have been stocked better and the dryer would take hours to dry these are all small things that can easily be fixed The location was great , the complex was great Definitely recommend

The condo was perfect! Large enough for two families (total of 9 people). Each room was very spacious and clean. The one negative was there wasn't a ramp to walk a wagon down to the beach. We ended up carrying it down the steps, but I dont remember reading or seeing that when making our reservation. (That would not stop us from coming here again!). The garbage disposal was leaking the first full day we arrived, maintenance quickly came that day and replaced it and were in and out within a few hours. Overall, I cant wait to book here again!

We had plenty of room. The view off the balcony was amazing. Sterling Breeze seemed family friendly. It was much less crowded than many of the other Condo’s. Overall it was nice just really disappointed with no grill.

The unit was very very spacious and the view was great. There are several small things that need to be taken care of. I suggest a complete walk through. (Things falling off of the walls, dryer doesn't work well, dish washer problems, etc. )The biggest problem was the ac going out and being forced to move to another unit. There is also loud construction next door and on the street out front. It's close to Pier Park, but the other end of Panama is so much better.
