Ideal condo with balcony, gulf views, shared pools, hot tub, gym, fast WiFi & AC

This unit was ok, but needs some work, doesn’t look bad, but everything is old and very used. No amenities like rentals from vrbo or Airbnb or others , just bare, cheap essentials , just little things like no batteries in remote, light bulb out in bathroom, no instructions on getting TVs to work, no hand soap at any sink, no blankets or extra coverage, safety latch on door off and on counter in kitchen, curtains in 1 bedroom had 3 safety pins to close curtains, and other minor stuff that is just irritating . But it’s an ok, pretty clean , basic place to stay, and the view of the ocean is beautiful. Location to the beach is great, too.

Lets start by saying the check in and parking was a breeze. All 3 rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The kids loved the twin bed with trundle. Good view from balcony. Both pools were not over crowded and well maintained.

The place was beautiful and we will stay here again.

Loved the location and view of the place. Place was very clean and had everything we needed as we stayed there for 7 days.

Great place to stay for a family. It is a good walk to get on the beach since it is across the road but there is a pool and hot tub on that side, check in is on the opposite side of the beach at the bottom right of the parking deck when you go in. Overall very pleased and a great stay.
