The location was wonderful and overall a great vacation spot for my family. This was right on the beach and the patios were wonderful. Great location to grocery, coffee, shopping. The HVAC clearly has issues as there is a sign that suggests keeping the temperature at or above 74. The HVAC actually stopped working during our stay and the house was at 81 degrees. After calling, the issue was fixed same day but extremely inconvenient with two babies. I had to call around 6 times to get an update for when it would be fixed with no way to reach the actual property manager. The HVAC definitely struggled to maintain anything below 76 by mid afternoon. We didn’t keep doors open or anything to the patios. There were two live roaches and a few dead ones in the house. The house was just okay cleaning wise but definitely could’ve been better.

I loved that the house was on the beach. That was all there was to love about the place. House has issues with hvac, electrical and roaches. Refrigerator ice maker made ice but wouldn’t despise out the door. Definitely wasn’t a dream vacation for my family.

2 stars because of vacasa people working 24/7 to get our issues resolved. But the grill which was mentioned in description (we had the entire food plan Ready) it was not working and the owner said no to replace the grill and also denied the refund associated with the grill. Dissappointed. Although the positive point is the location.

This was one of my favorite places to stay! We usually never rebook places, but we probably will with this one! If you see my cleanliness rating…it’s really hard for me to rate cleanliness because I’m a clean freak so I don’t know what’s “normal.” I knocked one star off because of sand, a few stray hairs, and some crumbs/dust, and the dishes weren’t as clean as they should’ve been. I’ll let you be the judge of how many stars that’s worth. But even so, I can tell the owners value cleanliness. They asked about it. Which means they’re paying attention. Great place!!
