Beachy townhouse with 11 pools, golf, fast WiFi & private WD

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. My family and I got stuck inside for two days due to storm Bertha but we weren’t complaining because we enjoyed the place so much. I would definitely recommend this if you need to stay somewhere near the beach. From having the beach (5min walk) to a full equipped home, I can’t complain. Thank you for making our first visit to PCB so enjoyable!

The townhouse itself was great! The resort had very nice pools and the beach front cafe was unmatched! Food and drinks were amazing! Only issue was the 6 seater golf cart parked across both parking spots. It was not disclosed in the booking info. My small jeep renegade was fine but my dad’s truck stuck out of the parking spot a significant amount. We also were not able to rent a golf cart ourselves because we would have been forced to park it on the property sidewalk/yard and did not want to get in trouble for it. All in all the stay, gulf highland resort, and avari were fantastic! But the owner should have pre-disclosed the fact of the parking situation. We could have better arranged our vehicle situation. But that did not spoil the fun! The home was full of great beach accessories, appliances, and the location made everything a 10 minute walk or less ! We would definitely book again and recommend to friends!

We enjoyed it! We would stay here again. We weren’t able to get the gas stove to work after the first meal, but we were too busy and decided to adjust our meals so we didn’t need a stove. Great location.

Very pleased with everything in the home. I found this to be one of the more affordable rentals within the resort, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or for it to be the most updated. The home was clean. Everything within the home was in working order and there were even several “extras” that I was pleasantly surprised to find. I thought the home was really cute with beach-cottage decor. I would definitely stay here again.

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with our Grand children. It's very accessible to many restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful. We used the swimming pools were a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. We will 100% stay here again! Absolutely fell in love with the place

air worked great, dated appliances, poor wifi, beds could have been a little more comfortable. great area. I had a issue with the gate code and it was corrected immediately.
