Sterling Breeze villa with balcony, pool & hot tub

Nice condo. Would recommend.

This unit doesn’t even deserve one star. After a long drive, you expect to arrive at a cozy and clean place, but it was the complete opposite. The furniture looked like it had been picked up from a dumpster—dirty and old. The AC wouldn’t go lower than 74 degrees, the bathrooms were clogged, and you couldn’t even shower because the tub would fill up immediately. There was trash behind the furniture, the sofa bed had metal bars digging into your back, and the shower curtains had mold. Honestly, it was a disaster. If you want a peaceful vacation, don’t stay in this unit—save yourself the unpleasant experience of being in this place.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze 1802. The condo is conveniently located on the beach and near Pier Park and restaurants. 1802 has a beautiful view of the beach on one side and a lake on the other side. The condo kitchen and bathrooms had the basic things we needed, and the AC worked great. The condo needs some updating with the living area furniture and the paint throughout. The queen bedroom is very bright at night and could use some blackout curtains. I suggest having extra sheet sets available, too. We needed to wash a pair of sheets and when the dryer didn’t work well, we were out of luck with sheets on one bed. The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable and very squeaky/loud. One tub was missing the drain stopper which made a bath impossible. Other than those few things, we had a great stay. The king and queen bed were comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows on each bed. We particularly liked the provided shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub area were great and was in the shade all morning in July. Future guests please note: the elevators sometimes have a long wait and the food downstairs is very expensive.

The condo was clean with comfortable furniture and beds with plenty of chairs out on balcony. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay again.

WE CHECKED IN AT 5:40. Our check in time was 4:00. We got in there to realize our room was completely dirty and flipped upside down. It had not been cleaned and stuff was everywhere. After driving almost 9 hours we were exhausted. I called the people and they apologized and said the property owners would purchase a meal for us to be able to get out so they could come clean. I was told I was refunded and as of today, since check out. I’m still not refunded. I feel I was completely understanding and nice but fully taken advantage of. I have a video and pics of the room.

Beautiful view...But.... Washer/dryer hardly worked. The couch was old and not comfortable. There are not enough seats in the living room for people staying in condo. It needs a bigger couch. There isnt enough dishes and utensils for the 8 people in the condo. Easy fix that would make it way more convenient for the people paying a lot of money to stay there This room just needs a ton of updates. Way outdated.Very nice staff at the condo. I only was able to talk to AI via text when trying to get a broken bed fixed. Took 1.5 days to get the latter to the top bunk fixed.
