The condo is also located just a short drive to beloved hotspots such as Pier Park, 30A, and Gulf World. Immerse yourself in a wealth of shared amenities, including community tennis, pool, hot tubs, basketball court, playground, on-site dining, and shopping, among others. Plus, there's an adults-only pool and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. COMMUNITY AMENITIES - Tennis court - Pools - Hot tubs - Basketball court - Playground - On-site dining and shopping THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Guests are required to fill out the Amenity fee form which will be emailed to them as an invitation to join the portal. There is a cost of $35 + tax for the Amenity Fee. Once a guest fills out the registration form, pays the fee & watches a short video a QR code will be sent which can be scanned at the gate allowing the guest access. This QR code will also allow access to the amenities all throughout the neighborhood!

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
