Coastal condo with stellar shared amenities, grill, & WD - close to the ocean

We loved how the apartment was laid out. We love all the amenities that came with the property. We definitely wouldn't mind staying again.

This place was an ok place to stay for the price.

The room was great until I had to turn on the light in the bathroom…which did not work my entire stay…I called maintenance of course I had to wait which I did and still nothing also I didn’t have HOT water until I called maintenance about that the second night I stayed …imagine having your 3 kids and being pregnant but luckily my husband had his work flashlight with him used that for a light other than all that my stay was OKAY!!!

We had no hot water, bathroom light half the time worked and linen had stains on them.

Had trouble with gate code and the code to enter the property was not correct after 10 min of waiting they gave us the correct numbers to enter and enjoy our trip. I would most definitely come back

Recommendations to make the unit better for families. There is no outside patio chairs and the one there is broke, families like to sit outside. Especially with young adults and teens. There needs to be some inside rugs and especially an inside front door mat to help with wet and sand. Instructions on how to operate the living room tv with 3 remotes, and some of the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced they are rusted. The furniture could use a good steam cleaning to remove stains of who knows what. The dryer is having issues, it took 5 times to dry a small load of towels.
