Beachfront condo with Gulf views, pool, hot tub, balcony, AC & WD

We loved the location right on the beach! This is competitively priced compared to other three bedroom units with beachfront views and both elevators work (many reviews of other busy buildings had this very valid complaint). We were so grateful for the washer & dryer (bring detergent). Love that the family room has adequate seating for the number of heads in beds and it has a great TV. The beds and pillows are firm. We didn’t use them but the TVs in the bedrooms need to be replaced. The guest bedrooms at the front of the condo get a lot of street noise. The main suite weirdly does not have a closet or much of a dresser if you like to unpack at a place. Needs work: if you plan to use the pull-out couch as a bed make sure to bring an eye mask, there are no drapes; the ice and water dispenser on the fridge door do not work; the furniture is comfortable but stained from where people have sat on it. They give you a starter set of soap, TP, etc., but some of the stinginess seems to be at their own expense - we only had dishwasher pods for two loads. It’s their own dishes why would they not give you enough to run a daily load?! Also no trash can liners are provided. It’s little things like this that add up to a less than stellar stay (and review). The place is nice and beautifully decorated but not special. Even though it seems to be competitively priced it is still expensive and doesn’t offer any of the bonuses other places do such as beach service or even beach towels and a few toys or a wagon, or the discount codes for activities I saw from other properties. We chose this for the location to a venue we intended to spend some time at and we knew the benefits in other listings wouldn’t be offered, but my point is, they could be and if they were our vacation would have been improved. We made the most of our stay but I will not seek this place out again.

Beautiful view, good layout but mattresses, linens and TVs need updated. Kitchen has only the very basic items and make sure you bring beach chairs, umbrella and any beach toys you want. We travel frequently and for the money would have expected more.

May have been one of the best condos I’ve visited very reasonable and safe to get in the main door you had to have a code room very clean all the necessities you need and very spacious would definitely book again
