There's so much to explore in the area, with the Russell-Fields Pier, Gulf World, and Pier Park's 120+ stores, restaurants, and IMAX theater all within a mile. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, parasailing, driving 30A, or simply soaking up the sunshine and the gorgeous Gulf-front view. Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and slide open the double glass doors to breathe in the fragrant sea air. The shared beachfront deck is perfect for lounging all day long, whether you're savoring your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill for lunch, or sipping cocktails at sunset. With its walls of pastel emerald and central air conditioning throughout, the condo is a cool, comfortable, sun-lit space. We were at the beach late Friday to Sunday morning-a short trip. Our original booking through Vacasa was cancelled the day we were driving there due to inspection issues on the previous property. While that was frustrating, they did find us a comparable place to stay fairly quickly. We arrived late and there were no extra blankets in the rooms, but when I called the following day they delivered exactly what I requested. Heat worked well. The toilet overflowed Saturday afternoon. When I called management, he asked me to plunge the toilet. I discovered a previous guest had flushed some q-tips. The bathroom didn’t get fixed while we were there, but we were able to use the second bathroom for the rest of our stay. Since we were checking out the next morning, I didn’t have high expectations to get it fixed before we left. The outdoor deck on the first floor is expansive though shared, and no one else was there in the off-season so we had it to ourselves. We got lucky with the weather and spent the entire Saturday on the deck or at the beach which was lovely! Customer service was very nice and tried to be helpful each time I spoke to them.

Loved the location. On the beach. Restaurants within walking distance and fun family things to do within 20 min drive. Space was clean. Had cooking utensils/pots/pans. Soap and detergent included. Towels and sheets.

Do not rent from them. They will not communicate when there are problems and let you stay in a house that the AC is broken in and fail to communicate or offer refunds for there problem. RUN Far away from them.

This was a wonderful unit, however, it was not clean. There was a stove in the master bedroom!?! When they finally sent someone to come and get it he told us they had had a grease fire. I'm assuming that is why there was a very strong odor and everything had a nasty film on it. The sink and shower in the the hall bathroom would not drain. It was gross. They were also do some renovations to the deck and we were unable to enjoy the deck. This unit and location could be amazing. I would come back in the future if those issues had been addressed in a timely manner.
