Condos in Panama City Beach

Please do not waste your money staying at this dump. I will start with the first night of check-in. They give us the wrong combination to the door. I called the number provided. I ended up having to get a manager on the phone because no one is on property to help it took four hours for them to reset the doors for us to get in. as we entered, it was not clean. We found drugs left over in the drawer beside the beds. Most of the sliding glass doors will not open properly. I feel like that is a fire hazard. On the last night two rooms the refrigerator and the AC went out. we called the number again. Come to find out there is no one that is even local to help with this site. The property manager that I did talk to said there was nothing she could do. Florida was in the middle of a heat wave obviously. The living space got extremely hot. no breakers were tripped so not sure exactly what happened. Over the next couple of hours the rooms started to have power. The refrigerator finally came back on, but not full electricity power. And the air condition finally came back on about midnight. Not sure what kind of electrical problems they have for this to happen . This place has sinking floors that are unsteady to walk on the stairs. You will fall down everything about this place screams trashy and horrible. It needs to be tore down and redone and have a better investment company over it. This is an investment company and if we continue to give money to the investment companies, this is the customer service and standards that we will get , I hope no one has booked here yet. If so, I would cancel and go somewhere else immediately. You will be very, very disappointed at this place.

The home has a lot of potential with a great location and beach access unfortunately it needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The downstairs kitchen/living room area floor was incredibly dirty upon our arrival. We sat our 10 month old in the floor so she could crawl around and within minutes her feet and legs were black. The home description stated that there were 3 king beds, unfortunately there were only 2 king beds in the unit. This was very disappointing as we had 3 families staying with us this week. The beds available were worn out and not in good shape. You can feel springs in most of the upstairs beds and one of the beds sunk in the middle when you lay on it. The lower deck leading to the beach has dozens of screws sticking up in the boards posing both potential injury hazards and tripping hazards. These issues still need addressed. The floor trim was missing in one spot and loose in other spots. One of the electric sockets did not have a cover in the lower living room. The stair banister was loose almost to the point of falling off. The maintenance person was able to fix these issues during our stay though. Overall the location in the center of Front Beach rd and the short walk out to a mostly flat section of beach was top notch. This would be an amazing property if the issues gets resolved.

Location and beach access House was clean and roomy but has some basic repairs that need to be taken care of. The listing advertised 3 king beds and 2 queens but there actually wasn’t 3 kings, there was 2 kings and 3 queens ( I specifically looked for a listing that had 3 kings ) this is a good place to stay but there is room for improvent too, a few safety issues such as hand rails on stairs were broken and unsteady and screws sticking up out of deck and floor. We also had a delay getting in the day of check in due to codes to door not working so a 2 hours delay but wouldn’t give a late check up to compensate us.

Beds were not very comfortable.....very hard! The place is old and kind a run down. Our AC was messing up when we got there. I text the manager and she came by within 5 minutes and had a AC guy there within 20 minutes and he got us fixed up and no issues the rest of the time. This place is 2/3 star on the inside but the location is a 5 star. Right on the beach which was AWESOME. We would probably stay here again because of the location! Plenty of room for us 12 that went!!!

Good property and not too expensive. Had only a few minor problems that got fixed pretty quickly.

The view and the the location was right next to the beach. The house was old, had a bit of furniture issues, other than that everything was upto the par. Had really awesome stay at this place.
