Top-floor condo with amazing beach views & washer,dryer - walk to dining

Lovely house, it has almost everything you need for an excellent stay. The appliances are great and everything is very clean, but a few small things are missing to make your experience 100% recommendable (a little oil, coffee filters, salt, sugar, or even some coffee, in case you arrive late at night so you don't have to rush out the next day to buy these things).

Love the location and the proximity to the beach.

We had a great stay it was quiet right on the beach! We very much enjoyed the convenience and exceptional communication!

Very good access to beach less than 1 minute.

The pictures make the property look better than it is. We walked in, and there were immediately flies and gnats. There are simple things that need fixing, like cleaning under the furniture, dusting the fan/doors, and paint touch ups. There are other things that aren't as easy to fix. The door frame of one of the doors was literally falling off the wall. Parking was a mess--they want you to use a specific space, but someone what kept parking in ours. The walls in the kitchen are extremely thin, and we could hear entire conversations of the people next door. The location was good, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. However, based on a lack of cleanliness and the run down state of the condo, I would not stay here again.
