Beachfront condo with true beachfront walkout, patio, BBQ area, washer&dryer

It had a good location.

The AC did not work for the first two days of our stay and it was miserably hot. Once the breaker was switched (by us at the operators suggestion) it slowly began to cool off ( management sent a tech out by 7:30pm to check the unit who said everything looked fine), but the next day the same thing happened again. The toilet in the half bath ran the whole time. The operator told us someone would come out and fix it and no one came. The frig/freezer wasn't cold when we arrived. Again after the switchboard operator said someone would come the next day to fix it, no one came. We loved the location and the close proximity to the beach and loved the open air patio. New "neighbors" arrived on Friday evening. Every time we stepped onto the patio all our tall chairs from the patio table had been dragged over to their unit and they also parked in our parking spot even though it was clearly marked. They did move their car when we asked them to but it was frustrating as it was clearly stated in the ad there was one space for each unit. Apparently they had three cars. (that is not managements fault in any way). We left 2 days early. The unit itself was clean although run down looking but fine for the two of us. The initial frustrations and new "neighbors" just made us feel like we had taken a wrong turn with this choice and we would not do this unit again.

Property is super clean and loved being able to walk out to the beach. We had to buy chairs and an umbrella and left them for the next family who may need them. The mattress in the main bedroom at entrance is a glorified air mattress - very uncomfortable and oddly bouncy. Everything else was great. Local team was very courteous and attentive. We had an issue with the AC (easy fix) but did take several hours for someone to contact us because we had to use the main Vacasa reps to get a local contact. Unit def needs a toaster but otherwise had all essentials. Bring your own beach towels! We loved our week in this unit and highly recommend!

This condo was great for the beach access and having car right outside of room. Overall was clean, would consider staying here again.

We booked very last minute. It was fast, easy, and had everything emailed over within 5 minutes. I never saw the email for the door code and was able to call and speak to someone within a few minutes and get in the apartment. Very friendly and quick responses. There is plenty of room for kids to stretch their legs inside and outside on the patio. The place is beautiful and the beach wasn’t as packed in front the apartments compared to some of the condos we passed by. 10/10. Will definitely book there again!
