The room was just like the pictures. Everything was clean and decorated well. Plenty of dishes and cookware for those lazy nights in or for breakfast in the mornings.

We loved the location of this. We felt it was in the perfect spot in PCB, short drive to Walmart, pier park, many of our favorite restaurants, and mini golf. We had a great experience. The bedroom was VERY nice the bed was super comfortable and felt clean. The living room was not as clean the floor had some sticky areas and a few of the dishes were dirty that required us to wash before use but other than that everything was good. I’m not sure if it’s always like this but I got a call from Dara before my stay about the washer not working (which got fixed) but she gave me her direct number and she was so easy to get in touch with and she helped us with the access code to our door. She also offered to bring us more towels if we needed it since we had 4 people staying there and the washer mishap. Now there’s a brand new washer/dryer and it’s NICE! We are already considering booking again!

Place had no working washing machine even after advertising that they had a washer and dryer. Extremely frustrating going to the beach for a week with limited outfits, no clean towels and not being able to wash anything. Contacted management within the first day and nothing ever done about it.

The location to the elevator, parking, beach, and the event area. The gate access was easy, without any delay Furnishings a little dated. The kitchen and its furnishings were very accommodating.

Condo was dated - too much glass on wall & in shower of which shower needs updated. Cold in bedroom & warm in living area (hard to find a happy medium). Washer didn’t work (unit appears to be like 15 yrs old. Ned wasn’t comfortable but better than the pull out couch. Living room furniture stained. Kitchen hot water didn’t get hot. Price too much for a dated condo. Location is great!! Parking sucks!!
