This unit needs updating badly. The couch is broken & hide-a-bed unable to be used. One of the recliners is worn & sits badly. There were plenty of towels & the view was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our long weekend.

The night we checked in we noticed our dyer wasn’t drying. I spent the majority of my vacation trying to get someone on the phone who could help and was told for 2 days someone would call me back in 30 minutes, they never did. It took me continuously calling to get help. I was then told that all the people I had spoken to the days before never noted that the dryer wasn’t drying. I was told maintenance would give me a 30 minutes heads up before they came. When they called I had just gotten out of the shower and had a child in the shower. They wanted to come in right then, I asked for 20 minutes so I could give everyone dressed and out of the way. Maintenance said I refused their service because I wouldn’t let them in immediately. There was also mold in the condo and the bath wouldn’t drain. I’m incredibly unsatisfied.
