The popular resort offers amenities for everyone, including pools, a hot tub, covered parking, and on-site dining options. Via the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more. Less than two miles away, you will want to spend time splashing the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Less than one mile away, you will find fun for the whole family at Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. RESORT AMENITIES - Pools - Hot tub - Covered parking - On-site dining - On-site security Things to Know Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older. An elevator is in the building.

I've stayed at Splash many times in many different units and this one was a good one. I know some people hate carpet, but I love the carpet in the living and bed rooms for my New Years Day vacation, because it's cold outside and the carpet makes it just that much more homy and warm. Cleanliness was good everywhere. There were a few small things around the unit which were "well used", but honestly, it was nothing to make our stay uncomfortable. We were still able to cook and make coffee and do everything we needed to do in the condo. The only point of annoyance was the WiFi network, the posted network we needed to use was not being broadcasted at any point during our stay, so we had to use the neighboring unit WiFi connections which were fine but dropped a good bit since they were further away. Vacasa guest services were really quick to respond and very nice when I contacted them about the WiFi. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

The bunk beds are in poor condition and going to fall apart with someone in it, the bed in the other bedroom is so used that it sinks in the middle, the tv in the bunk room does not work.
