Enjoy spending time at the beach at this 17th story, Gulf front home. This vacation rental has a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything a guest might need to prepare meals and beach snacks. Spend time out on your private balcony sipping evening cocktails or enjoying your morning cup of coffee. And back inside, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and make the best beach memories together. Things to Know Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. Fitness room access is available for an additional fee.

The unit was very clean and everything in the unit seem to work just fine. Be aware that this unit does not have a keurig coffee maker (only a drip pot). Good unit for a great price ! This resort is a favorite for our family.

1.Vacasa did not even have us in the system for the booking at Majestic. I had to contact Majestic myself. No working TV....lucky the booking was for 1 night and we had dinner out that had television. The apartment was out dated..the shower curtain rod fall off the wall..the carpets were dirty...as well as the furniture. Never again will I use vacasa.

First time back to PCB in 3 years. The condo was fine overall. A few things needed repaired and the stove takes a while to fully heat up especially if trying to boil water. Cleanliness was lacking on the food ware and the carpets could use a deep cleaning or replacing in the bed rooms. Enjoyable condo nonetheless with great views of the Gulf
