The room was pretty loved the view! Everything was so easy to figure out. There are really no complaints the pool was clean,the room was clean,parking wasn’t bad, the only thing is some of the wrist bands didn’t work to get into the pool but that wasnt a big deal if you had people with you. Also the employees there were super nice and helpful with any question we had.

The lady at the front desk was rude at check in. Very short and not helpful. The owner did not allow 1.5 hour early check in after confirming the room was ready. The room was missing smoke detectors. The first night we stayed the power in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the help desk and they put in a ticket, but could not confirm when it would be fixed. Maintenance didn’t show up until I demanded a refund or a new room. It was not fixed until 6 PM the following day! Maintenance also busted in our room on our second night checking for leaks due to a condo above flooding a toilet. At our check out when we stripped the beds we saw the mattress covers had yellow stains all over the master bedrooms bed and the bunks. They didn’t seem to have been changed from the prior visitors stay. It was GROSS! It took a day and a half for the fridge to get cold. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator because 2 were out of service. At that point we walked 7 flights of stairs. I have stayed at Laketown Warf for several years in a row, but will not be back after this visit.

It was a clean room, bad WiFi, fuses kept tripping, was okay for the price but definitely book another room in the wharf not this and book somewhere with someone that can help you if needed
