17th-floor condo with lake view, balcony, 5 pools, hot tub, gym, & beach access

The location and pools are very nice , bed’s comfortable, and very clean.

I loved the view and location. I didn’t love the elevator and how long it takes to get anywhere bc of it.

We were really looking forward to our stay given the beautiful listing and high price point, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations at all. The condo was not clean or properly maintained upon arrival. There was visible damage to the furniture (including a torn armrest), a dent in the wall, dirty and chipped baseboards, and random items like crayons and debris left on the floor. The stove handle was nearly falling off, honestly a safety hazard, and the kitchen was barely stocked. There was no usable spatula and only one old, worn-out pan available for cooking. We tried to resolve this through every possible channel. We reached out to individuals in the lobby, contacted the management through the rental website, and submitted multiple inquiries throughout our weeks stay. No one followed up. Every time we asked for help, we were told someone would get back to us- and no one ever did. For a property that charges premium rates, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, basic functionality, and at the very least, a response to our concerns. Sadly, we got none of that. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but if you’re considering booking this unit, I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless management seriously improves both their upkeep and their communication.

I loved the condo, but beachfront to me means walk out of your room and there's the beach.

The room was nice and walking distance to pineapple Willy’s but the property needs better accommodations. Not nearly enough elevators for the amount of people it host. And they won’t help with parking accommodations. The parking garage was so bare and one of the adults that was coming with us couldn’t come till the next day and they wouldn’t allow us to purchase a third parking spot so he couldn’t come because he wouldn’t have a place to park.
