Wonderful Beach Escape with Shared Pools,Hot Tubs, Private Balcony, & Free WiFi

Didn't like the hundred dollar parking fee

The room itself was very nice. The bathtub which was a selling point was dirty so I didn't get to use that and the actual property had undisclosed fees that cost around $100 that were no where mentioned before booking which is nonrefundable remember and then wouldn't waive the fees, even if you didn't use the amenities the fees were for so probably won't be staying here again just because of dishonesty and dirtiness. Oh they also have zero soaps, shampoo and things like that. Not a big deal but just so you know.

This condo was very dated and could use a good deep clean and appliance refresh as the dishwasher did not work and the refrigerator was covered in rust (in and out) with missing and/or broken shelves. Main bathroom fan did not work, and floors seemed dingy as our socks and bottoms of our feet turned dark the more we walked without shoes. The condo was spacious in a great location, good balcony with a great view of the beautiful gulf. For the price, I guess it was fine - However I don't know if saving a few bucks is worth dealing with issues...

We got this room for cheap for the week, would have been disappointed to pay full price. The staff at the resort are so awful and unfriendly except for the bartenders. Most of the restaurants downstairs are closed for most of the week, the beds don’t have proper fitting sheets or mattress covers so that’s gross. They have you wash your own towels before leaving, ours were dirty when we got there so we washed them before using and luckily had brought our own. The ac doesn’t work in the master bedroom and there is not actually Wi-Fi for this room. They have you log on to someone else. Great location to the beach though! It would be a great place if they upgraded the linens,appliances, and cleaned the balcony between guests. (It still had food and trash from the previous guests)

The room was nice and the amenities in the room made a home away from home. Plenty of space and the view from the balcony was nice and you could watch dolphins go by. Being on the 16th floor gave you excellent views from everywhere. The one major drawback was if there were a lot of people the elevators are slower. The week I was there however was great and elevators like express. Pick your time wisely if no patience. In the front bedroom and bunk room , room darkening shades would be nice to block out the lights. All in all the room was great, location great and I would definitely stay there again!
