Horrible hotel some one crapped in pool no one came to clean it VERY VERY UNSANITARY… Fire alarm pulled twice people very loud staff no English one of the worst hotels ever been too..

We just arrived home after staying Sunday - Saturday and we did not want to leave. This condo has the most beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico while you are sitting on the balcony. When you walk out the front door, you have a view of the pond where they have a light show every night. I’ve seen reviews where people are upset with the staff. We had absolutely no issues. We were polite to them and they were polite to us. As for the issues I’ve read about the elevators, if there was a line for the elevators we just walked to a different set of elevators. We also learned the main reason the elevators were going down was people guests thought it was funny to jump it them which causes a safety feature to shut it down. Honestly, Laketown Wharf was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t love anything about this resort. One of the pool stations were down during spring break. The elevators takes 20 to 30 minutes to get on. The staff is rude and the rooms are not clean.

What a perfect unit. Very clean when we arrived. It was well equipped with towels and dishes and cooking utensils. The unit was decorated nicely and the couch was cozy and the beds were soft and comfy. The view of the ocean is amazing, nothing like sitting outside in the amazing deck chairs with your morning coffee watching the waves. I will be back and highly recommend it.
