Water View Condo with Balcony, Central AC, WiFi, Pool,Hot Tub,Gym - Snowbirds OK

The deadbolt on the condo's door is broken, creating a significant security risk as there’s no way to prevent unauthorized entry. Additionally, the couch and kitchen table are excessively oversized for the space, making it feel cramped. Using the fans in both bedrooms simultaneously is impossible without the lights flickering on and off. Furthermore, the air conditioning fails to cool one of the rooms effectively. The hot water supply runs out during showers after just a few minutes, and some kitchen chairs are in disrepair. The refrigerator fails to maintain a proper temperature, with the freezer becoming overly cold. Not to mention, the air conditioning in the main bedroom is non-functional. These issues need immediate attention.

location was great Nice home just needed a better cleaning but all we really enjoyed ourselves

Cops closed the beach access due to spring break had to find ways to get to the beach that was not close to our resort. Pools were great for the kids and location was great but with them controlling where we could go and not go was horrible due to it being spring break. Felt like PCB did not want anyone there.
