Inviting waterfront condo with pool, hot tub, beach access, balcony, & WD

Very cool and comforting

The convenience location and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, we were very unsatisfied. On our very first day, we contacted customer support to let them know the master bed was in horrible condition. The box springs on both sides of the king bed were completely collapsed/slats broken. In turn, the mattress sunk into the holes creating unsleeping conditions. A maintenance staff stopped by that afternoon letting us know they would take care of it. We never heard back from them. We had to sleep on an air mattress the remainder of the week. I contacted customer support again and they said they moved the claim to “urgent”. Still no one contacted us. We went the entire week with no one resolving the issue. I asked for a 33% refund because we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It has been nearly 3 weeks and still nothing. We had our hesitations prior to our vacation as there had been 2 negative reviews the weeks prior to our vacation. We contacted customer support and they promised all of those issues had been taken care of. Other issues include the couches are uncomfortable as they have very little cushion left and the dryer requires several cycles to dry towels and clothes. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. I was extremely respectful and kept this private to allow the situation to be handled. Three weeks of no action was the breaking point.

The condo had lots of space for our family and friends.

The elevators will add hours of standing to your trip, this unit (1038) needs major deep cleaning. We won’t be back.

Bugs, no hot water, clogged toilet, not waterfront, smelled. Checked in Friday at 4 left first thing Saturday. Couldn’t take it.
