Curl up on the sofa and stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV with cable and streaming, or show off your cooking skills and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The main suite enjoys access to the balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub. Additional on-site perks include a stacked washer/dryer. Great location and very comfortable stay! The apartment had everything we needed. The HOA was always available and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
Everything was wonderful
First - the unit is offered at a great value for a 2BR/2BA with a Gulf view balcony. The decor & furniture is well thought & intentional. Much of the unit is in good condition, but some pieces are suffering a great deal wear & tear. The couch pull out had a spring missing (found in the kitchen island drawer), but thankfully the unit was supplied with an unexpected air mattress that worked wonderfully. The couch cushions were sinking below the edge of the couch & the patio chairs are peeling & rusted (be weary of sitting on it with the potential of staining clothing). Also be aware - while the access instructions are semi helpful, renters should be aware it's pretty complicated getting from the parking garage to your unit, & the property has minimal carts to assist (none were available for hours when we were attempting to unload). Also, the South Tower is served by 2 elevators for 21 floors. We waited in a line with so many others with luggage for 45 min before repacking items & going to dinner. It was a bit better when we returned around 8pm, but still no carts, waiting 20 min to go up, 20 min to get back down, 20 min to go up again, etc. I HIGHLY encourage having your own collapsible cart to assist your load in/load out. Also, if you expect the wait, maybe it'll be easier to roll with. The other items to be aware of - the unit was insufficiently equipped for our group of 8 (5 forks, 3 cereal bowls, 4 coffee mugs) - the furniture is not secure. A dresser fell on my child when he was checking rooms while we were packing. When I communicated this to Vacasa, the response was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I've not used Vacasa before, & unlikely to use the platform again. - a minivan or small SUV with a cargo topper is considered 'oversize' & expected to park in an exposed lot on the far/opposite side of the property from the unit. I'm rating at 3 stars b/c I know there's an owner on the other side of this transaction with an investment & it seems many of these issues are due to Vacasa management rather than the owner. The nightly rate is also very helpful for families trying to escape to vacation on a limited budget.
We had a very nice time very clean room but the only problems we had was the length of time it took on the elevators. But overall I really enjoyed my stay
