Waterfront condo with access to pools, hot tub, & putting green - balcony and AC

Unfortunately as soon as I walked in there was a roach walking on the floor. When we used the restroom it took 2 flushed just to get anything down in all 3 toilets. The main bedroom tv did not work good. The tv color was purple. Could not get the other bedroom tab to work. The threshold from the hallway to the living room was coming up and the nails ended up cutting my daughter’s toe. Honestly not the best place to stay at. Would love to see those things fixed and would come back.

Check in was easy with Vacasa. However, Laketown Warf had three elevators down when we arrived for renovations and Two Men and a Truck moving someone out. People were waiting 45 minutes to an hour for elevators to bring luggage up. Luckily this unit is on 10th floor and accessible by the top parking deck 10th floor pool gate. No elevator needed. BUT THEN Laketown Warf decided to lock the gate two days of our stay and we couldn’t get to our car without going down to 7th level walk over and then walking up 4 = 8 parking decks because none of the elevators work in the parking deck!! Out of 8 arm bands provided three didn’t work! Had to wait for someone to let us in or out unless we all stayed together. Three bedroom but only one hair dryer and only two bedrooms had a TV. No vacuum even though this unit has carpet. They only have a broom. We tried sweeping the carpet but after a week stay it was useless. Can’t wait to see if they charge us extra for cleaning. This unit holds 8 easily. However, don’t plan on cooking or bring your own skillet and steak knives. You can’t cook 2 pounds of hamburger meat in a 8” skillet! First day I reported to Vacasa that the stove was broke and also the table on the patio. They said someone would be in contact. BUT NO ONE ever called. The patio furniture is so rusted and the cushions are ripped and tattered. Honestly plastic chairs and tables would have been better. The third bedroom that has no TV has a spring mattress and isn’t very comfortable. 810 Bowling and Game Room was Awesome!! The kids loved it and we had Family Game Night which was so much fun! Great addition to LTW! They have really great food!

The room was nice!

We loved the condo, it was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and anything you needed was within walking distance of the facility including the beach. The real issue is the elevators and the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and stairwells(condo was very clean). We probably spent 2-3 hours of our vacation waiting on elevators, they really need to work on the software that drives the elevators. Some areas of public access areas were so dirty we didn't even want to walk through them and chose to back track an choose a different path. Overall I would recommend the condo and location, but the facility I'd have a hard to recommending. Vacasa was good to book through, but their check-in instructions need to be a little more clear. In particular on where to go when entering the lobby to pick up your parking passes. Bypass the large check-in desk and go to the really small office to the left. Make sure to have all your vehicle information or send it prior to arriving onsite.

It was clean

Our family absolutely loved this condo. Spacious, clean and basically like a home away from home. Short walk across the street to the beach and across the street from Walmart made it super convenient, especially with 4 kiddos. Highly recommend and if we return to Panama, we will stay here again. Only downfall I would say is the elevators on the property. However, that had nothing to do with this condo.
