Latitude 29 is the perfect location. Only a few minutes away from all things PCB, but far enough away that the crowds aren’t bad. The rooms are perfect for what we needed. I cooked a few nights and they had all the dishes and things I might need. Can’t beat the views.

Loved the location - as usual! Balcony is one of the best places in the world.

I will preface my review by saying that I have stayed at Latitude 29 many times over the past 30 years. I love this property and it’s my favorite place to go for a beach trip. We will definitely return to Latitude 29 in the future. This was our first time staying in Unit 23, and while we did enjoy our stay there are a few things about this unit that need attention. The most obvious is the oven was not working at all. This was not disclosed prior to the trip, and we didn’t realize it until the second night when we were trying to cook dinner. The decor in this unit is fine, but maybe a little sparse. It didn’t feel quite as warm and inviting as some of the other units we have stayed in the past. Overall we had a great time, and with the above mentioned improvements we would consider Unit 23 again.

We experienced many issues with this unit. - roaches were alive, upon entry into our unit. I was able to kill them. But it is in need of pest control. -no parking pass was given (ever.) -washing machine was broken -fan in the master bedroom was stuck on low, making the room very hot. We slept with the door open, in order to get some AC in our room. - there are lamps in the bedroom, but one of the lamp chords doesn’t even reach the plug. So you have 2 lamps. - the silverware was dirty and had dried food stuck to every single butter knife, and some forks. I ended up buying plastic ware and paper plates, because the dishes were disgusting. - the overflow drain in the master sink has mold all inside of it. -we lost power for about 20-30 minutes one day. -we had no water at check out. So, we could not run the dishwasher… this may be why there was dry food stuck to everything. I let VACASA know every single bit of these items as soon as they occurred. I was told, that they let their “local team” know, and then nothing was ever resolved. We had to write a hand written note on our car, in order to not get towed. I would never rent from VACASA. You do better, renting from a local that actually checks their units, and takes care of their properties. We have stayed at the property many times, but not this unit. I will continue to rent from locals at this property. I will never rent from VACASA again. I am still waiting on someone to contact me in regards to my refund.

Location is nice, in a quiet area right on the beach. Older furniture in unit but overall nice. Main bedroom was warm and street light was bright all night so a little hard to sleep.

This was the worse condo and management company we have encountered. When we arrived, condo was very warm. We discovered sliding door was off track and leaning against frame. My husband’s able to get it back on track. We had three men on our balcony (climbed up on a ladder) painting at 9 am! We had a woman and two men show up and enter condo stating they were doing an inspection. We had another slider that had a glass coating on it, crack and broken glass was everywhere - we couldn’t open any sliders because glass was piled in track. We contacted them everyday (many times) and no one came! The stove didn’t work! The condo needs a deep cleaning. I requested assistance over and over - nothing! To top it all off, someone knocked on our door last day at 8:15 saying you need to be out by 9:30.
